Melissa Katherine Rycroft-Strickland, born March 11, 1983, in Dallas, Texas, is an American TV host, reality TV star, and former cheerleader. She gained fame as a contestant on The Bachelor (Season 13) and Dancing with the Stars (Seasons 8 and 15). She’s also known for her work as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and as a TV presenter.
