Karen Sillas, born June 5, 1963, is an American stage and film actress known for her work in both theater and cinema.

A graduate of the Acting Conservatory at the State University of New York, she has also built a career as a speech coach. Notable roles include appearances in films like What Happened Was… (1994) and TV shows such as Law & Order.
